With increasing demand for quality power supply across the State, Andhra Pradesh Transmission Corporation (APtransco) is getting ready to strengthen power supply network by setting up 82 new substations at a cost of Rs 4,546 crore with special focus on hyderabad in the next five years. there are nine 400 KV, 96 220 KV and 278 132 KV substations being operated in the State as on March 31.
