Four top Maoists, two of them active in Maharashtra state, surrendered before the Andhra Pradesh police here on Tuesday. All four underground Maoists, including a couple hailing from Adilabad in the state and allegedly involved in various offences, surrendered before Additional Director General of Police M Ratan.
