Long known for his stance on abstinence education and proponent of family values Mark Souder, R Indiana, announced May 18 that he will be formally submitting his resignation to Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Friday, May 21. Souder, along with a part time staff member, were caught having an extramarital affair.
