Today, Motorola Mobility Holdings, Inc. officially announced at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain, that it plans on making available for purchase on the European market two versions of its Motorola XOOM tablet PC, one that includes 3G/WiFi capabilities, and one limited to WiFi connectivity.
