Opposition MLAs belonging to the Congress disrupted the proceedings and not allowing Speaker Pradip Kumar Amat to finish his speech. Four top Maoists, two of them active in Maharashtra state, surrendered before the Andhra Pradesh police here on Tuesday. All four underground Maoists, including a couple hailing from Adilabad in the state and allegedly involved in various offences, surrendered before Additional Director General of Police M Ratan.
