Daimler AG , the global automotive company and Rolls-Royce Group plc, the global power systems company, announced on March 8 that they intend to launch a public tender offer for 100 per cent of the share capital of Tognum AG. While overall Microsoft seems to be doing quite well, there is a sector of its business that continually drags on its bottom line.
