We love apps on the iPhone. Lurve them. They are capable of keeping track of your budget, translating foreign languages and even delivering ample doses of cow bell. But we can t give every app out there a ringing endorsement. More than a few stinkers don t work as promised, are endlessly confusing or are horrifically expensive.
